Our commitment is to offer the best available rates booking your hotel rooms online at Hotel Tropical. So if you find a lower rate booking online in comparison to our official website we will match the price and deduct an additional 5% on top of the new price.

How can I do it?

a) You have found a cheaper rate to stay at the Tropical Hotel in other online sales channel with the same conditions (dates, room type, board basis, cancellation policy, payment terms, etc ...).

b) Fill out the form you see below and send us as a screenshot attached of the channel where you saw the lower rate making sure the following information is shown:

- Hotel name

- Travel agency or online channel

- Arrival and departure dates

- Price, board basis and booking conditions

- Rooms should be bookable to be valid

c) Our team will respond within a maximum of two working days and, if the conditions are met, will send you a quotation with the new rate, including a 5% discount. In case you accept the quotation a booking confirmation with the final discounted price will be sent. If the conditions are not met, in the same period, will be sent an email explaining you what condition is not met.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The comparison is valid with any reservation accessible to everyone. Best Price Guaranteed  Warranty does not apply to comparisons made with restricted access rates requiring some form of prior identification, or to bookings in which the hotel's name is not known prior to booking or special offers for private groups (company clubs, loyalty points programs, etc ..)

2. The warranty applies to comparisons with any other sales channel that can be booked online with immediate confirmation in real time (excluding bonuses and promotional collective purchasing online pages without booking online confirmation) and equal conditions offered (hotel , dates, number of people, room type, board basis, method of payment, including taxes, currency ...)

3. Hotel Tropical Ibiza reserves the right to modify or cancel this Best Online Price Guarantee at any time.

4. Not applicable for package bookings (flight + hotel).

1. Let´s imagine that booking a room on Hotel Tropical official website costs you 100.00 €.

2. At the same time you find available in a different online selling channel, a price for the same hotel, same room type and for the same dates, at for example € 90.00.

3. You fill out our form and click send.

4. If the conditions are met, we will offer you the same reservation with the cheapest rate and the corresponding discount and you will receive a quotation with the new discounted price. The new price would be 85.50 €
